âEnjoyed the spa was very relaxing. The bar and activities available was great. The staff was very attentive, helpful , and answered questions. Rooms very clean as well as public facilities very clean.

âThe experience did not live up to the luxury reputation or price point. The stay started off poorly when we were initially greeted by a timeshare salesperson instead of a welcoming hotel representative. It immediately created an uncomfortable and overly sales-driven first impression, which is not what you expect when arriving at a high-end resort.
The butler service was also disappointing. Responses were inconsistent, delayed at times, and overall not very helpful. For a resort that promotes...
