"Amazing place! This is our second time staying here and highly recommend this beautiful home. There were 4 adults couples in our group and plenty of room for us all. Julian welcomed us on time, had good communication and was easy to work with. You are a little bit of a drive to the tourist area of Grace Bay but it is worth it. We love this island, the people and delicious food! "

"Wow! Of all the places we have rented, this was by far our favorite! The check in was easy and great communication before and during our stay. We traveled here with our two daughters (10 & 12) and loved coming out to our own private beach each day & night. We loved the sunsets, turtles, & easy walk to Windsor Cafe to eat local cuisine. The house had everything we needed. Hope to come back again someday! "

"Peaceful and private 2 bedroom house, perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed walking to the beach and swimming in the pool. A short drive from Grace Bay to go out to dinner, or pick up groceries to grill out on the patio. "

"Booked this property for a getaway with friends having never stayed in Provo. We had the best time, and it was the perfect location! It is a treehouse like atmosphere, but equipped had all the amenities we needed for the week and it was only a short drive away from a number of restaurants and activities. We loved Taylor Beach, which was only a short distance from the property and walkable. We can’t wait to visit Poinciana again! "
