“The house, pool, and property are all very beautiful and private. Judy, the host, was extremely responsive to all our questions. Her grounds keeper also watered the plants and cleaned the pool every morning, and provided us with a fresh tank of drinking water during our stay. There were some beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, which we took advantage of a few times. Mostly we enjoyed swimming at the house and playing games poolside. One thing to note, there is no A/C in the sunroom...

It is a treehouse like atmosphere, but equipped had all the amenities we needed for the week and it was only a short drive away from a number of restaurants and activities. We loved Taylor Beach, which was only a short distance from the property and walkable. We can’t wait to visit Poinciana again! ”

“This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and I guarantee it won’t be our last. First off I want to say what a great host Katherine was for our trip. She communicated very well throughout the booking. She was prompt in answering questions etc. She arranged a very comfortable and affordable pickup from the airport and had just cleaned the rental car (I highly recommend using that option) we got there a little early but she accommodated the arrival by letting us have the car a little early...
