“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“Nice resort with an awesome beach. We stayed for a week in July in room E202. There was construction next door but don’t mind a few clangs and bangs. This resort does have a few years on it and we had an issue with the AC that they couldn’t or wouldn’t resolve. AC barely worked and the room never got cooler than 74 degrees. They sent a technician (kid with a flashlight) to look at it and reported everything was fine…which it wasn’t. Second day I complained again and they sent another...
