“Ocean Club West var ett toppen hotell med super trevlig personal. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök, sköna sängar och stor altan mitt på vackra Grace Bay stranden. Man kan låna kanoter, paddel board och cyklar utan kostnad samt åka shuttle till syster hotellet och fritt använda deras faciliteter. Man har närhet till restauranger, supermarket och shopping. ”

“Loved the location and the staff. Everyone from the office to restaurant was very welcoming and accommodating. Good food and drinks. The little foot wash basins outside the unit were great. The only thing that was tough about Grand Turk (not the hotel's fault) is that the few attractions operate apparently only for the cruise ship guests. They close down once those groups leave. We missed the National Museum one day and the next day were kicked out when they decided to close......”

“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”

“This property is located close to the beach. 5 minute wall plus a shuttle every hour. Pool is gorgeous and great for swimming laps. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always plan activities ”
