This single-storey home is truly one of a kind. Set on over an acre of land, this newly built home offers ample space for four guests. From the moment you drive down the long driveway, you will realise you have arrived somewhere truly special.

Entering the home, you will instantly be impressed by its large proportions. The chef’s kitchen is fitted out with ample bench space and premium appliances. A central island allows for casual meals or chats with the cook, while a dining area caters to more formal affairs. The living area features an oversized reclining lounge fronting a central TV, catering to movie nights at home. Cooling keeps temperatures comfortable year-round. From the living area and most bedrooms, sliding doors extend to the expansive backyard.

The private outdoor area has been designed with tropical nights in mind. The in-ground pool features timed heating that operates alongside the pool filter, ensuring the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. A cascading water feature adds to the home’s tranquillity, while the undercover patio offers ample space to lounge and dine with a BBQ area under the pergola.

Two bedrooms offer supreme comfort. The primary bedroom is set with a king bed, ample storage space and an attached marble ensuite, while the second offers two king singles. One additional bathroom with a soaker bath caters to guests staying in the second bedroom.

In-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, plenty of parking, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout add to your convenience.

Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
