Luxury two bedroom villa in highly popular Commons II in Brunswick Plantation. This professionally decorated condo is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, a day exploring or a fun-filled day on the grounds of Brunswick Plantation. The beautiful Commons II lake and pool are just steps away. Guests will have full access to our pool complex!

A stay at Palmetto Breeze means you will find yourself just a few minutes to beautiful Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. After a relaxing day on the beach, head over to Calabash waterfront village with wonderful shopping and award-winning restaurants or head to North Myrtle Beach, only 25 minutes drive, for even more shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

If you prefer to relax on the grounds, Brunswick Plantation is a beautiful gated community with an abundance of amenities.

GOLF! Here at our villa, you are surrounded by premier 27 hole Byrd and Johnson Championship layout. Voted one of the top 50 courses in the United States.

You will also be minutes away from the Big Cats courses at Ocean Ridge Plantation as well as Crow Creek, Farmstead, Oyster Bay, Meadowlands, Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, The Pearl, Carolina National, Rivers Edge and Tidewater.

Take in the beautiful views of the lake, pool and golf course as you relax on the spacious balcony. . The living room is designed for relaxation with a sofa with recliners on each end, cozy chairs, a new 55" Roku TV and sliding screen doors.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything a cook might need. There is also a kitchenette in the guest suite (with refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave).

There are 2 full baths., a jetted Jacuzzi tub and Roku TVs in each bedroom provided with a Netflix subscription or sign in to any of your own accounts (Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV)

Working remotely? We designed the condo with remote work/school in mind. Our internet speed is excellent and the table on the balcony, dining table and the desk in the guest suite each provide ample workspace.

Other things you might need that you will find in our villa are: a washer/dryer, irons with ironing boards in each unit, hairdryers and beach gear (two beach chairs, umbrella and anchor, boogie board)

Our villa is meticulously cleaned, sanitized and ready for the next guest. All linens, towels and starter paper products are provided for your convenience.

The check in process was just a VRBO oversight. After that was handled, everything was amazing. Clean, comfortable, convenient location. We had a wonderful time! Owners were amazing from check in to check out. I would stay there again!

Absolutely a great time. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and golf course was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and will be back. Plenty of places to go for entertainment within a short distance away. Thank you to the hosts as they were available whenever we needed or had a question for them. Also, for making our trip to Calabash a wonderful time.

Our family had an amazing week and beach vacation! It’s a fabulous location — we visited and enjoyed Ocean Isle, Calabash, as well as Myrtle Beach area for shopping. This property was perfect for our stay in Calabash! It was so clean and beautifully decorated! Beds are comfortable and the view of pool and plantation will not disappoint! Carly was very helpful and attentive! We look forward to renting again one day!

Carly was very responsive to all of our needs. There was an issue with the Roku TVs in the bedrooms and Carly offered to send someone out to fix them immediately. Bathrooms could use some more attention as the toilets and showers were not very clean and towels are old and dingy, with some having holes in them. Overall it’s a nice condo with attentive owners.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! It slept everyone very comfortably, and the beds were super comfy. It was my husband and I, our 2 and 3 year old. It overlooks the pool which was convenient for a short walk with kids! It was very clean and the owners were very kind and responsive. It was a short drive to everything- we were visiting family in Myrtle beach and it’s so close. Sunset beach was a quick drive and one of the best beaches we have been to. Can’t wait to stay again next time! This was my first time using VRBO and it was an excellent experience. Thank you Carly!!

This was a first time using VRBO and we will never get a hotel ever again. The property was perfect from the moment you drove into the development to the actual unit. Every inch of the unit was thoughtfully decorated. Was extremely spacious and had everything we needed to spend a week away. Highly recommend this property.
