“Weeds were growing up at entrance.The kitchen utensils were lackingWhen I stripped the sheets to leave I was discussed at the condition of the mattress, it was nasty with stains. I felt sick thinking I had slept on it. Furniture is not at all like the picture.Nice little cottage just needs some attention and new mattress. ”

The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Lovely touch to have coffee, tea and creamer available. Our host was readily available if we needed anything...but the cottage had everything we needed. Our first trip to Dunedin was wonderful and hope to return again. ”

“House was very clean and adequate space. It has basics you need to stay afar without having to eat every meal out. Be sure to bring your own coffee and or tea. Yard was nice and flocks of parrots came near enough to see. The area is very walkable and friendly. Great little find”
