âStayed here for a concert at Royal Oak Music Theater. The staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little firm but still pretty good. When I returned to the hotel it looked like the front office turns into a little lounge and serves drinks. Definitely would stay here again. â
âFinding parking was a little difficult due to road construction, but every other aspect of the stay was great. Check-in was quick, and the host was quick to respond to my needs. I would definitely stay again!â
âThe Roost is beautiful! Right when you walk in, youâll be in awe. The location is great, everything in walking distance. We parked in a parking lot just beside the hotel for $80 and that was overnight parking for 2 nights.
The staff was friendly and check in was easy. Our room was nice, clean and bright. Only complaint was that due to Saturday night being in full swing, it was very noisy and we heard it all from our room. There was a white noise machine in our room so they definitely are aware...
âExperienced three different reception staff between check-in and check-out and ALL 3 were the friendliest we've ever dealt with! Slightly disappointed the TV does not swivel and the rainfall shower head is kind of annoying but not the end of the world.â

âThis is the only hotel we will stay at when we visit Detroit. Exceeded our expectations. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful whether we're just walking in the door or need assistance. Walking distance from all event centers and greektown. â
âNice comfy bed. Good that they have a fridge and a stove and microvave, allthough you have to pay to get the essentials like plates, forks, fryingpans and so on...
Most of the staff were vey nice! There was one lady in the reception that had kind of like an attitude, maybe she was on her period?
Otherwise walking disstance from the univeristy of Michigan wich was the most important thing to me!â
