“The WiFi stopped working the second night and they did nothing to fix it, they blamed it on the weather despite they themselves had WiFi connection in the lobby. I had som important errands to do online and I couldn’t. So unprofessional!”

“I rent a room with 2 Queen bends and extra space for 3 persons and 1 child is clearly written in my reservation, At arrival they give us a room with 1 Queen bed where we can not stay. They want send us to another two hotels they own (transfer) but they were sold out. At the end the front desk person offer to us to stay in a room that have two full beds, When we walk in to the room the beds covers were not clean and stained with who knows what. Walls were also impregnated with apparently coffee...
