Average DT hotel good location in Davenport. AC did not work in our room. After understanding that it did not work we gpt a new room for our second night. Big central area of hotel makes it look deserted. The restaurant, only open for breakfast has bad ventilation => small pancakes in to your room. ...

Great stay. The location was great and it was so fun to have the Mississippi River in our backyard! We got to see a couple bald eagles very close to us. The house had a ton of space to spread out and relax in. Beds were comfy and clean. We had a very good experience here.
