“This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior...

“The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...

“The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!”

“Would not recommend in the winter time or with a large group. The 17 count is assuming 2 people share every bed, building is narrow so there is no room for air mattresses. 1 king downstairs, both bunk beds on story 2, the last king on story 3, and the roof on story 4Was informed 2 days prior to check in the last people who stayed told then the hot tub was not heating. They DID say that they could refund the stay, but 2 days prior for a group of 16 people there was nothing available for less than...
