“Advertised that the pool and hot tub were open. But when we checked in the front desk employee (Who had terrible people skills) told us the pool and hot tub were closed and there was a sign on the pool door saying the pool was closed for the season and will open in May.Well , it is the middle of june and it's still closed. And in between the hours of eleven p.m. and midnight , a group of men were running up and down the hall , goofing off and carrying on , and nobody said anything until I asked...

“I wouldn’t change a thing. It was a wonderful experience location. You’re perfect. Reminded me of my grandmother‘s house. Thank you for opening your home and allowing my family to share.”

“My room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were no other rooms available.”

“The mattresses need to be replaced. First night was ok, second night not so much”

“Got there late, deep into the night. Doors were locked, properly, signage stated the office closed at a certain time. Just when I was about to search for who to call, the nighttime attendant came out to check us in. Perfect. The coffee was great. Thank you Hometown Red Roof Inn Puyallup.”

“Great staff, great housekeeping and great breakfast. Would definitely come back to stay here!”

“Only stayed here for a night but it was a perfect for me on my way back to Seattle. Maybe not the biggest room but worked perfectly as I was by myself. Parking right outside the room, wifi worked alright and they had a small breakfast in the morning with fruits, yoghurts and croissants. Located right beside the freeway but nothing that bothered me. ”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, very helpful. Pool/hot tub area nice and relaxing. Breakfast was what you expect, but better than average. Staff was really nice, even let us hang out in the lobby and play cards for several hours, and check in was super smooth.”
