“A true paradise – the size of the house and all the lovely seating areas make it easy for everyone to find their own space, even when traveling with a large group. We spent many hours by the pool! The area can be a bit tricky to reach due to a rough 3 km stretch of road, but once you’re through, there are beautiful villages nearby. The host and staff on-site are available when needed and very accommodating. Highly recommended!”

“Sehr schönes Haus in der NĂ€he der tollen Altstadt, die in 15 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar ist. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett im grĂ¶ĂŸeren Schlafzimmer ist dank eines Toppers sehr bequem. Im Hochsommer kann es allerdings sehr warm im Haus werden, so dass eine weitere Klimaanlage im grĂ¶ĂŸeren der beiden Schlafzimmer sinnvoll wĂ€re (bisher hat nur das kleinere Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage). Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.”

“We spent a very enjoyable week in picturesque Chiusdino. Loved the little town with shops and restaurants (our tip: il minestraio!) within walking distance and great views of the countryside. Went to Siena, Firenze and San Gimignano and walked to the abbey of San Galgano. The house is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is equipped with plenty of towels. We had the (guilty) pleasure of the pool with a great view and used the outside dining area a lot. Tip: An extra cutting board and...

“Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im schönen Dorf Chiusdino, das Meer ist ca. 1 Stunde entfernt, aber der Pool eignet sich gut zum Baden. Es ist genug Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen. Der Vermiter Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war super. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“The house was great. It offered everything that was promised. A quiet, private environment with a fantastic garden and great and large swimming pool. Very nice sightseeing opportunities not very far away, including nice villages, great beaches and interesting wineries. We stayed for 1 week and regretted that we had not booked a longer stay.”

“Auch wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Dieses Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, das GrundstĂŒck grandios, vor allem mit einer Großfamilie mit vielen Kindern. Aber vor allem das Inventar ist renovierungsbedĂŒrftig!ToilettenspĂŒlungen gehen nicht richtig, die Gartenmöbel sind nicht in vollem Umfang vorhanden oder kaputt, die SpĂŒlmaschinen und Waschmaschinen verlieren sehr viel Wasser und noch vieles mehr.Uns wurde ebenfalls -wie bei den GĂ€sten der vorherigen Bewertung von 2024- erst nach...

"It's difficult to navigate the narrow streets of Montalcino with a car, but the village is well worth it. The hotel is small and the staff very friendly. The view over the landscape from our room (towards the north-east) was breathtaking. No dinner, but a very good breakfast buffet with excellent coffee. The village is good for a few walks, but perhaps even better as a base for excursions; we took a day in Siena. Restaurants are better value than in the larger cities."
