“Blue Moon Bungalow was filthy. Our first impression was the filthy sliding glass doors. As we walked into the living room, we immediately noticed the caked-on filth on the ceiling fan in the living area. The stinky smell was so bad (smell like dog), we had to open a window and leave the sliding glass doors open for a while to air it out. “We loved our stay at the Ranch House! It was just what we needed while in the area for a wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. We very much enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the country. Our boys enjoyed taking a walk down to the water, and they especially loved the snacks left out by the host! When we are looking for a weekend getaway to East Texas, we would happily stay at the Ranch House again!”

“This is a lovely lakefront home. Our family especially enjoyed the boat dock with its comfortable seating and easy access to swimming. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.”

However, the home could use a few more towels for eight guests, and the kitchen faucet provides a lovely shower every time you turn it on! The drive to Canton is approximately 35 minutes, not too bad. The hot tub was lovely after hours of walking.”
