“Apparently something was wrong with the water heater or the shower faucet becase the water coming out the shower was too hot or cold. Couldn’t have a medium water to take a shower. My stay was for 2 nights and they did not refilled the coffee in the coffee maker.”

“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“It’s a family owned business and we loved that. They were helpful, informative and very customer service friendly. The villa is a little dated, but beautiful views. Very peaceful and accommodating. I would stay again. It’s in the mountains and the roads are winding. It was quite the adventure and a great stay!”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“The best part of this hotel was the bathroom it was very clean. Everything else is left to be desired. ”

“The fotos of the site are not accurate. The property is neglected. The floors were cracked missing pieces and dirty. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the smell of mold impregnated on the pillows and sheet. The shower head was clogged and produced very little water. Broken windows sealed with plastic. The entrance to the facilities was totally dark very unsafe (no bulbs on the light)dangerous and unsafe to enter facilities at night.”

“Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...
