“The pool-area is great and the host is a very nice and helpful person. The house is ok but not wow. Kitchen ok and AC in two of the four bedrooms. Considering the price it's an amazing house all and all. We were 6 adults and 3 small children and we had a great week.”

“Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!”

The location, very near to Le Turbie, was breathtaking. The proximity to Monaco makes it easy to get down there for anything from shopping to the beach.The host and the property manager were both great. “We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. “Really nice house with grear facilities and amazing view.The pool is a lot better than in the pics and deep enough to dive in.The kitchen is well equipped The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are a lot comfier than usual rentals.Communication was very good, and we were left alone to have some privacy, which is also unusual for rentals.All in all a very enjoyable stay and it's nice for people to entrust their home to you for a holiday, it's greatly appreciated.”

“Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed for a long weekend. Upon arrival Elodie gave me a full tour of the house. This was brilliant and much appreciated. We were really impressed with the villa, pictures did not do it justice! I have added some of my pictures. We also had welcome packages with local produce and some essentials. “We spent an unforgettable week in this spacious and comfortable villa with a stunning view over the Mediterranean and the Ligurian riviera. The kids (age 7 and 10) just loved the pool and so did we all (Grandmother, two sons and their wives and two grandkids=7 of us in all). “Très belle expérience dans cette région. Un bel accueil, une villa propre avec tout le confort possible, même plus encore avec toutes les petites attentions du propriétaire.La piscine est agréable, non-chauffée mais au vu du soleil et de la chaleur, cela ne nous a pas été inconfortable. Pas de vis-à-vis. La remise des clés se fait très simplement, tout comme pour le départ. Nous recommandons avec plaisir cette villa.”
