âStaff were fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was a great start for the two days we were there. The bed was very clean and super comfortable! The small dock on the sound was a bonus, I was able to get a little fishing time in. We look forward to visiting this Inn again! â
âThis was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of informationâguiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! â
âThe property is just next to the ferry terminal and shopping center. Very quiet. The view from the room is great. The room is very clean. You can walk to Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and the beach.â
âNo reception, you had to call a phone number and get a password for the digital doorlock. We had to wait 25 minutes in telephone que until answered. Then when answered they said the hotel was overbooked and our room therefore not available.
They had no excuse and according to the hotel we finally managed to find with an available room on a fully booked site, they said that this hotel do so over and over again to be sure having it fully booked even with last minutes cancelled rooms.

âIt was right on the beach. The staff called me to ask what time I would be there and went out of their way to text me instructions on how to get into my room since I was coming after hours. It was an amazing location. If I had to complain about anything, it would be how small the shower is. Other than that. Great place. Great staff. â
âThis was a old 3 story motel, with a luggage elevator. I loved this place the minute I got in my room. I was right on the beach, it's old in a reto way. I would stay here again. The view from the third floor rooms was breath taking. Stay if you can.â
âPet friendly property, beach access close by/walking distance, staff was friendly, I would definitely go back. The only thing I didnât like was that not all the rooms had a full size fridge/ some had mini fridges so itâs harder to manage when you have a longer stay. Our stay was wonderful overall! â
