“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. “This was one of our best trips to the NC coast. The location of this rental was perfect for us. The home was bright and smelled clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Easy access to the home, and being able to unload vehicles under a covering was much appreciated, as it rained a few times during our stay. We only stayed 3 nights, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend. ”

“Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. “The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant. "Door handle on inside of door to room fell off. We got another room as it was late and no maintenance was on duty. Shuttle van to airport wouldn’t start when we were to leave for airport. The front desk eventually called us an Uber. Luckily our flight was half an hour delayed otherwise it would have been tight. Friendly staff. "
