The second floor boasts 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom to provide plenty of living space(the top bunk has a 165lb limit).Outside you will find a shower, grill, and a large garage. The garage offers plenty of storage space and increased security for your bicycles and other personal belongings. We will include fishing poles, chairs, table, boogie boards, skim boards, and beach toys. 4 Beach tags are provided with the house. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Linen services can be suggested upon request. You must be over 25 years old to rent this property and there is a strict noise policy after 9pm.
