“Baco B&B was a perfect place for our stay i Cagliari. It was a 10 minutes walk from the trainstation. Situated at a quiet street near Via Roma. From Via Roma there were buses to the Poetta beach and all over the town. We bought a week card for the buses. There were a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood and the best gelateria a bit up on Via Napoli. Nice room with bathroom. A welltasting breakfast. Our host was very nice and perfectly helpful. We will be back!”

By 7 PM, we had to contact Expedia after already messaging the property the day before, as we still hadn’t received any check-in details. The property did not provide a contact number or explain that check-in instructions required guests to contact the host via WhatsApp before arrival. Only after Expedia intervened did the host explain this process and request ID submission, which...
