- Welcome to Neptune Isle 9, your vibrant oceanfront apartment nestled in
the Milnerton area of Cape Town. This exquisite property offers the
perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking natural beauty.
The property boasts an enviable location right on the edge of the
majestic Atlantic Ocean. With its panoramic views of the sea and Table
Mountain, this apartment promises a truly unforgettable experience.
Conveniently located, it offers easy access to shops, restaurants, town
central, beautiful beaches, and popular tourist attractions, ensuring
that every moment of your stay is filled with excitement and adventure.
The open-plan living area, where the lounge, dining area, and fully
equipped kitchen seamlessly blend together to create a welcoming and
functional space. Relax on the comfortable furnishings in the lounge
area while enjoying the stunning ocean views through large windows that
flood the room with natural light. Step outside onto the paved patio
area, where you can soak up the sun and savor the salty ocean breeze.
Furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, this is the perfect spot
to enjoy al fresco dining or simply unwind with a glass of wine as you
gaze out at the endless expanse of sea and sky. Beyond the patio lies a
spacious shared lawn area, offering plenty of room to relax and play
while taking in the spectacular views.
Neptune Isle 9 features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering
comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The master bedroom
boasts a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, providing a
private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom is
furnished with two single beds and makes use of a shared bathroom with
a bath, ensuring that every guest enjoys the utmost comfort and
convenience.
As a guest of Neptune Isle 9, you'll have access to a range of
amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a shared outdoor
pool where you can take a refreshing dip on hot summer days. With
private access directly to the beach, you can spend your days swimming,
sunbathing, or simply strolling along the shore, immersing yourself in
the natural beauty of your surroundings. Additional features such as
internet access, controlled access complex, secure parking and linen
and towels are provided with your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Neptune Isle, Lagoon Beach Drive.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
