There is 24 hour Security, state of the art surveillance technology and access control which makes the block extremely safe & secure.

Guest access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.

Other things to note:
For stays longer than a week, a courtesy mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

Please note that there are ongoing balcony waterproofing works that will continue over the coming weeks at Metropolis. The scope of work includes the cutting and preparation of balcony surfaces, which will unfortunately generate noise during the approved working hours of 08:00 to 17:00, in line with the conduct rules of the scheme.
