“Fantastiskt läge en bit upp på bergssidan i Gordons Bay. Från terassen såg vi valar, delfiner och sjölejon. Perfekta terasser med panorama vy från två sällskapsrum och även till frukost. Mysiga sovrum med tre av dem med utgång till terass samt eget badrum. Pool som är lagom stor för att doppa sig i och hålla värmen stången. Tvåbilsgarage. Under vår femveckors vistelse så stortrivdes vi. Vi gjorde "bort oss" med larmet två gånger - väktare var på plats inom 5-minuter. Fastighetsförvaltaren...

“Die Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz und Garten liegt im sicheren Greenway Golf Estate und hat freie Sicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Weingüter usw.). Die Gastgeberin, Caecia, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit um Rat fragen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.”

“We spend 5 nights in this wonderfull house. We loved the swimming pool and the view at the mountain. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood and street, not far from the center of Stellenbosch. The Spar supermarket is very close. We enjoyed our stay here! ”

“VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me.”

“We had a great time at Sandmartins over the 2022 Christmas holiday. The house is very well equipped, clean and secure. Sandra is a great communicator and kept us nicely informed through the entire process. She even decorated the house for Christmas for us! As is common in South Africa, load shedding does impact this property, but we appreciated the small backup battery that kept the internet and Tv going. “Had a Marvellous time - The staff make you so welcome and everything is catered for excellently- from breakfast to assisting with dinner reservations, places to see, the owner even went to get a razor and shaving cream from the local shop as I had forgotten mine, Champagne for our anniversary - I can not recommend this place enough it’s a place of tranquility and splendour.”

“Great location and facilities with wonderful outdoor area, all very well maintained. Warm welcome from the owner. Worth mentioning no curtailment to electricity usage during load shedding as there is an excellent 24 hour back up system in place. Will definitely book again.”

“Absolutely a beautiful property, the view to the sea was stunning. The amenities in the room were "over the top" James was at our "beck and call" and very polite and spoke wonderful English. If we had know how close this property was to the Arabella Golf resort we would have stayed there the entire 5 days. Will definitely come back and stay here again.”

“Overall check in was hassle free, only thing was that WiFi did not work for us. I would also suggest that the property have some basic toiletries available, like shampoo, soap and maybe solar when power drop. This is standard in most higher price rentals. Other than that, the stay was great, the house is very big and clean, and beautiful views”

The owner (Emmanuel) is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, as is the property manager who met us when we came in and left. The views are incredible, with very clear views of Table Mountain and False Bay. The location is very good - ~30 minutes or less from most everything we wanted to do (eg, vineyards, family activities, Waterfront), and 10 minutes from malls with everything you will need.
