“Eric was very kind to let us check in a little early when we arrived sooner than we had expected. Was very quick to respond and had some very good information for us on things to do, etc. Location is fantastic. Super close to the metro and some good dining close by. We always felt safe, even at night. WiFi was a little spotty, made streaming a movie a little difficult with the buffering. King size bed is a plus, but the space is a little tight for it. “The host and his wife were very welcoming, knowledgeable about local history, and informative of the best ways to “get around”, things to do and restaurants to try! The space was ideal for one person (the lounging/love seat area is really the only space not made for 2 people). The hosts thought of so many small touches that made the stay even better (cold drinks, snacks, menus, metro card, maps, etc). I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.”

“The location was perfect. Parking very accessible (within 1 block). The accommodations perfectly matched what was in the pictures. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the basic amenities (pots, pans, mugs glasses, utensils, coffee, tea, sweeteners, paper towels, etc.). Nice washer and dryer in the home. 3BR and 3 Baths and great living space with a variety of games to play. It was perfect for my family. Everyone had a spot and we all could gather together too! ”
