“Room is adequate and clean, jacuzzi was definitely cleaned. Pillows were unsleepable (thankfully had our own already) staff was just there. No amenities at all (wasnt expecting any though) just a place to sleep. hallways all smelt like cigarettes though even tho it says no smoke. ”

“First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. “Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“After we took a shower, the water would not turn off. The showers water handle was broken and we could not turn it off. We couldn’t even change the temp of the water so the shower head just kept pouring out hot water and it was warming up the entire room. We tried to call the lobby but nobody was picking up. My husband had to put on his winter clothes and walk to the front desk to get help. The worker came inside to confirm that the shower was broken and called the maintenance guy. The...
