“Overall very disappointing experience. I stayed in 4021 building 2. The chair cushions were disgusting, the fireplace looked like it had never been wiped down and had stains. The pullout bed had a stain on the sheet, and the blanket that you use for the pullout sofa had hair on it. The microwave was broken and we had to request a new one. “First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. “Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“My main complaint is one staff woman there in particular. I didn't get her name but she's an older African American woman with terrible manorism, was very rude and disrespectful, got tempered and unprofessional. I've never experienced first hand such rudeness in your face before. I think she's ready for retirement because she seems angry and bothered.”
