“Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. “Stayed for a few days while extended family was camping nearby. This is a quiet location that serves as a great home base for nearby attractions in Glenwood, Carbondale, etc. The pet friendly policy was a huge plus! Thank you”

“The aircondition/heater was broken, the room had an strange smell (all our clothes needed to be washed when we came home due the smell). It was dirty and stains on the wall. The only good thing with hotel/apartment was the location, it was close to everything. ”

“Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.”

“Great property with a super location for summer and winter fun in Aspen. 5 minute walk to Ajax gondola - 3 minutes to restaurants and shops. Property is well appointed, clean, comfortable and in great shape. Parking directly in front of unit was super convenient. Would definitely stay again.”

“I don’t really like dealing with property managers as I feel it takes the intimacy out of the booking process but the place really was a perfect complement of the natural landscapes. You can feel the history. You are in someones backyard which is kind of off putting but overall an excellent choice for travelers.”
