“Staff was friendly. One major problem in getting to the hotel was that the GPS coordinates were not correct and Google Maps was taking us to another location. It took us 30 minutes to find the hotel. While at the front desk someone called having the same problem with GPS . This can be easily fixed by your IT department. After traveling some distance and you tired you shouldn’t have a hassle finding the hotel.”

“our room was so clean and comfortable. we loved the pool and hot tub plus breakfast was yummy. the coffee they made was delicious ! overall, such a perfect place to stay. other than that, we had some issues with our room keys not unlocking the door, but teri and mark helped right away to fix the problem. they were super attentive and professional thank you so much for taking care of us teri and mark !”

“CARLSBADS little secret! Great price, huge room! Clean room and bath, nice staff, good breakfast 😋 Soooo much cheaper than the chain hotels in the area. We enjoyed our stay, pool looked great wish we could have tried that too.”

“Leanne was very welcoming at check in. The whole experience was great. From booking, check in, the amenities, the vibe, and breakfast. All good. I have zero complaints. My dog had a great stay too! Will definitely stay again when passing through.”

“Very clean, Staff was very nice & helpful. The bar was a huge plus. The food served at the bar was good and the price was reasonable. I will be staying there again for sure.”
