“The house is very quaint and cozy. Brian did a great job of communicating and making sure that I had everything I needed. The location is perfect to walk to all of the main attractions in Arroyo Seco. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Two minor concerns: There are several dogs in the area, and their barking can be an annoyance until the quiet down later in the evening. Use of the kitchen is limited by the fact you can only operate one electrical appliance at time. The cook top is a hot plate and there are a toaster oven and a microwave, so you have plan out the sequence you cook your food if you want to pan fry, bake and warm up something for a meal.”

“Yes everything was in good condition. The tv was missing a remote and the volume was stuck on loud if we turned it on. Some of the outlets weren’t working but we can make do. All in all it was good ”

“What an amazing property! We’ve stayed in VRBO properties for years, in several countries. So comfortable - beds were awesome, great livability. Everything we could want, from kitchen utensils to TV’s to local restaurant menus to sightseeing recommendations. Wildlife in the backyard and fabulous bird watching. AND our cat was welcome! Hosts were extremely responsive - usually within 15 mins.If we go back to Albuquerque we will for sure try to book this property! ”
