“Very quiet, room was pleasant. Only three minor complaints. The pillows are lumpy and the shower gel dispenser was empty. The television was too small for our eyes, and the instructions to turn on were a little difficult, but eventually it turned on. We would stay again. Its as good as a hotel that charges twice as much. We'll bring our own pillows!”
“The fluorescent light above the sink did not brighten up enough. So the manager brought in a desk lamp, and said the electrician was coming Monday.
Upon entering the front door, the switch operating the light above the front window seemed to be disconnected. That light eventually flickered on and off.
Coffee service in room was minimal.
I think this property should lose its Quality Inn Franchise.”
“Very friendly reception and service. We felt very welcome. Our room was newly renovated. There is nothing but forest around and we knew that so had bought food in the last village before we got there and could heat it in the micro in the room. ”
“We were here maybe 15 yrs. ago and the rooms were definitely more rustic. The updated rooms are simple, clean and cozy. The full and efficient kitchen was fine to make a nice dinner. The resort was winding down for the season and staff minimal and in late September the restaurant was closed so it was best to p/u food for breakfast and dinner. Minimal problems included the thermostatically controlled small gas fireplace that was somewhat erratic; sometimes the fan was too noisy at night....
“Super pet-friendly. Great amenities, including a hot breakfast. Amazing staff and modern, updated rooms. Best hotel in Tahoe for those traveling with pets!”
