The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. “The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”

Communication from the host was extremely poor, and upon arrival we were placed in a unit that did not match our reservation. The bed layout was incorrect, which significantly disrupted our planned couples trip.The property itself was very dated. There were ants throughout the unit, the WiFi did not work at all, and the kitchen was stocked with minimal cookware and basic supplies — far below what would...
