“We had a fantastic time in Gragnanella, the house is cosy with a lot of space and the views are amazing. The garden and the pool, all good! But, we did find some things unconvenient, little things, easy to do something about. For example, there were only one oven mitten, but only pots with two handles(gets hot on a gas stove), and there were no dish towel, and no proper knife for vegetables and such (luckily, we had brought all three). Also, forks were _exactly_ eight, knives and spoons a few...

“First let me say that the property exceeded our very high expectations…. The pictures don’t do this villa justice. The Mountain View’s from the infinity pool were breathtaking. The wine yard below the pool was a bonus. Olive trees were above the pool area making you feel you are in Italy. This villa is totally secluded, can’t see any neighbors, extremely private for guests. “This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk...

“Maison superbement située sur les hauteur face à Barga L 'acces peux suprendre (route etroite) mais on s'y fait vite... De belles balades au depart de la maison pour les marcheurs qui n'ont pas peur de crapahuter , et aussi jolie visite (Pise, marima de Pise, Lucques...) Equipement pour passer un bon sejour (terrasse, chaise longue..) et se sentir chez soi L hote est attentionné et toujours pres à rendre service”

“Otroligt vackert ställe, fantastisk utsikt, vi saknade ingenting. Firade min 60årsdag med att bo på Costola i 5 dagar med 18 vänner, bästa roligaste kalaset. Första dagen bokade vi pizza, gott, generöst och prisvänligt. Vi gjorde övriga måltider själva. Vi var ensamma och hade hela fastigheten för oss själva. Vill dit igen !!!”

“-Magnifique maison , ( chambres et salle de bain spacieuses et tout est très bien équipé ….) emplacement très pratique pour visiter la vallée de la Garfagnana….. tout est rapidement accessible en voiture ….génial pour les amateurs de randonnées.Les propriétaires sont très serviables .les frais de ménages et de linges sont compris dans le prix de la location .( ce qui est rarement le cas en Italie ) -Petite route très étroite et sinueuse pour accéder au logement….l accès à la piscine est payant...

“Fint hus i fint skick och bra standard! Inte slitet alls. Stor pool, men den är iskall. Huset ligger enskilt i en dal, vilket har både för och nackdelar. Begränsad morgon och eftermiddagssol. Vi hyrde in kocken Morena till huset två kvällar, vilket var mycket bra! God mat i mängder! Det negativa var att huset var dåligt städat och alla leksaker och cyklar var trasiga.”

“We where 14 persons (7couples) in this fantastic Villa for 1 week. All bedrooms with your own bathroom. For many of us the day started with a swim in the pool which added the little extra. Micol helped us a lot with booking transports and giving us suggestions what to do which was highly appreciated. We can really recommend a stay at this place. / Bo”

“Piero was a great host and helped straight away with any questions, and the villa itself was perfect for the holiday we had in mind as a group of friends and family. We had several meals on the terrace as the sun went down - it's a truly stunning location. The villa is very well equipped, it had everything we could have needed and more. The gardens and pool are very well maintained and provided a very relaxing space that we all made the most of. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Piero and Villa...

“Très belle villa bien entretenue, propriétaires soucieux de l'accueil, sont venus tous les matins pour nettoyer le jardin et prendre les poubelles. Point négatif de principe le chichi à la fin du séjour de retenir 10€ sur la caution pour le café que nous avions bu... Sinon les chambres sont bien, les lits simples sont en enfilade des chambres à lit double. Le jardin est top, et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande le séjour et j'ai trouvé le prix de la location honnête”

“Danke das wir eine Woche in dem schönen Haus verbringen durften. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere zwei Hunde waren in dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück sehr glücklich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.”

“We were 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) and we all had a very nice stay. The house was big and the pool was nice. The hosts were very helpful and met us at the house even though we first arrived at 20.30 after a lots of delay on the way. They also helped finding restaurants, supermarkets nearby and what to see in the area.”

“This house is absolutely adorable situated up on the hills in Tuscany. It has everything you need - magnificent views, pool, nice garden, well equipped kitchen, pizza oven, 3 bathrooms. We were a group of 9 people, adults and teenagers, and everyone truly enjoyed the stay. Debora was a great host welcoming us with wine and pastries! She was very helpful and keen to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this villa!”
