Ideal for families, the property features a communal area equipped with barbecues, picnic tables, table football, and table tennis, ensuring both fun and relaxation for all ages.
The first-floor apartment, accessible via a convenient external staircase shared with one other unit, exudes traditional Tuscan warmth with its cozy interiors and rustic finishes. The inviting living room includes a sofa and satellite TV, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy their own private garden area, complete with a parasol—perfect for alfresco dining while soaking in the enchanting views of the Chianti countryside.

There is a tourist tax of €1 per person per day (up to 6 days) for all guests over the age of 14, to be paid at the time of booking.
Heating = €25 per day from 15 October to 15 April, payable at the time of booking;
Cleaning = €80 per stay, payable at the time of booking.
Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
A damage deposit of 2000 has to be paid locally for groups under 21.

Location

The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the province of Florence, between Castelfiorentino and Certaldo, the birthplace of Boccaccio.
This central location allows easy access to many of Tuscany\'s cultural centres, including Siena (50 minutes by car), Florence (1 hour by car), Pisa (50 minutes by car) and Lucca (1 hour by car). The beautiful Tuscan coast is about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from the renowned beaches of Versilia.

In the immediate vicinity, guests can visit: Certaldo with its funicular railway and incredible views (10 minutes by car), Castelfiorentino (10 minutes by car), San Gimignano (25 minutes by car) and Volterra (45 minutes by car). There is also a swimming lake 3 minutes away by car/20 minutes on foot and the Castello Di Oliveto winery 2 minutes away by car/10 minutes on foot. There are two supermarkets less than 10 minutes away by car. The nearest international airports are Florence and Pisa, equidistant from the property and reachable in about 50 minutes by car.
