The rental is composed of 4 units which are not internally connected and also offers a beautiful living area with a cinema area, a large fireplace, a small kitchen corner (microwave, American coffee maker, small dishwasher, espresso maker) and a children’s playroom with toys.

Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a bathroom with a shower.

The owners live upon the property but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool.

A 2km stretch of good-condition dirt road reaches the property.

Private garden, barbecue, tennis court / football field, gym with the latest generation machines, cinema zone (65" TV with Dolby surround sound system), pool table, chromotherapy sauna and shower, Wi-Fi internet connection (only in the big living room and in the pool area).

Tenuta Cambiano is a rental villa, which also lends itself very well to holding organised events: inside there is also an area, which can hold between 80-100 people (pricing available upon request).
This part of the property remains closed and is not of use to guests unless for an organised event.
