âA real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!â

âSimona, the host, is a nice, friendly, always helpfull person. âMy friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

âIt looks great just like in pictures. Location is very close to train station and airport transfer. Some housekeeping issues that need to be address in bathrooms...ie leaking shower doors, mold in grout and sink. Would like instructions on how to use stove made available. In US we use gas stoves! Overall I would go back again. â

âThe place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again.â

âHeerlijke 2 weken gehad, prima basic appartement waar je vriendelijk onthaalt word door Roberto.
Jammer dat de bedden niet zo goed zijn en dat er geen tuintje is.
Wij hebben dus gezellig op de stoep gezeten, waar iedere avond de mensen uit het dorp samen komen om te kaarten. Aan de achterkant van het huis is het zwembad, mooi en met fijne ligstoelen.
Het kleine dorpje ligt echt centraal en samen met het dorpscafeetje en winkeltje een superplek!
Wij hebben het met onze 2 kinderen heel fijn...

âWir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (7 und 9 Jahren) fĂŒr 8 Tage in Mommialla. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos, fĂŒr uns hat alles super gut gepasst. Wir haben von der Unterkunft AusflĂŒge nach San Gimignano, Siena und Voltera gemacht.Der Pool ist super schön. Wir können das Appartement zu 100% weiterempfehlen.â

âHad a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment has everything you need just next door to Lucca which is a really nice walk 10 minutes next to the viaduct.Really comfortable bed fantastic terrace for eating outside on the night time with an amazing sunset love this place and I would recommend it to the next family.Thank you Dario for our stay. â

"Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasnât a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. "

"Clean, new apartment within okay walking distance to Pisa. However very shady experience as we believe someone was scouting the apartment one early morning. Got woken up and heard lots of noises inside then someone opening the door. You get an unique code for your stay to access the building and apartment, but if you can just turn a breaker to disable the lock completely (which we believe is what happened) then it's not really safe. Even more as there is no way to physically lock the door.
There is also a security guard at the reception but most of the time he is not there or asleep. He doesn't speak a word in English or Italian, was supposed to check our passports to match the names to the room but he kept calling us a completely wrong name which feels mission impossible as our names are on the passports he is reading from...
It's sad as the place has much potential but if we cannot feel safe in our rooms I would never recommend anyone else to stay there."
