“Lugnt läge och pool. Bra parkering och läge nära Ciampino flygplats och relativt enkelt att ta sig med Metro till centrala Rom med hjälp av en shuttle bus som var gratis. Bra frukost och restaurang.”

The spa was also ok the staff helpfull.
The breakfast was a disaster, no fresh bread 4 days out of 5. The scrambledeggs were very poorly coocked almost raw, the bacon was burnt on the edges and raw in the middle. Almost no veggies and you had to ask for everything because the staff did not have time to restock.

“I had booked an executive room, which was supposed to include a glass of wine and a small buffet. On the first evening, we were initially refused (by an older gentleman who had never heard of this inclusion), but we were granted access after showing the text outlining the terms. By then, however, over an hour had passed; only five minutes of the scheduled time remained, and all the food was gone...
On other evenings, the staff were wonderful and offered complimentary snacks.
