“This villa was everything we expected. The location was is perfect. There are several different trails in the area, perfect for both hiking and running. The villa itself is clean, cosy and there is lots of space. We all loved the pool area so much! Paula and Valerio are excellent hosts in every way. They made us a lovely dinner and breakfast. “Sehr schönes Haus in der Nähe der tollen Altstadt, die in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett im größeren Schlafzimmer ist dank eines Toppers sehr bequem. Im Hochsommer kann es allerdings sehr warm im Haus werden, so dass eine weitere Klimaanlage im größeren der beiden Schlafzimmer sinnvoll wäre (bisher hat nur das kleinere Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage). Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.”

The house was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, with AC in every room (which was very useful during hot waves in the middle of August) and bathrooms for each room. We slept like babies the whole week. The swimming pool was also great, after long trips in Firenze, Pisa or Sienna. “A perfect villa for a large family. The air conditioning in the upstairs and first floor sleeping areas worked very well. There is no AC in the basement sleeping area or the common areas, but they remained relatively cool. The outdoor area has a great pool, patio, and olive grove/garden. The location is very secure and within easy driving of pretty much anywhere you may want to visit in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking through VRBO. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees...
