“The apartment was comfortable, clean, tidy and convenient for access to the racecourse or for access to York by car. It’s about a half hour walk to the city centre. There's a local bakery and convenience store nearby and we found on street parking for one car. In the first floor apartment, There’s a small kitchen with a full cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and washer dryer. The dining table only seats four so you may need to also sit on a bed. The beds are comfortable with bedding and towels...

The property was ideally located for walking to all the York sights - and we easily walked to and from the train station with a wheelie bag. The apartment felt really secure and had every amenity you’d need for cooking should you wish to. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. “Had an excellent time here ! Me and my boyfriend spent valentine's weekend here and it was the perfect location. It is nearby everything you'd want. Would have liked it to be more obvious that you need to pay for parking while there. About 25 a day The apartment was lovely, very well kept. A couple minor faults such as the sink and bath plugs not working, and potentially some extra niceties like some milk for teas and coffee. But over the place was lovely, bedrooms were very comfy and clean !...
