Gårdshotell i Catalina Island nationalpark

“Clean room and shower.”

“Ok”

“If we were to visit Bayahibe again, we wouldn’t stay here nor recommend it. The floors of our room were dirty upon arrival, there were ants and spiders web in the bathroom etc. The bed was rock hard. The available staff only knew Spanish so there was zero ways to communicate for us non-Spanish speakers. The location is good - short walk to the beach and stores just around the corner. ”

“The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.”

“Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in”

“This place we booked in October. When we arrived in February, we were told that the hotel was closed to tourists, and the sister hotel was being used for a base for a television series. They put us up the best they could. We ate in the "staff cafeteria" arrangement. Lunches were ok, the rest, not so much. To reopen again to tourism, both properties need work. It was an interesting experience, but not anything like what we expected. The manager, Christian, was very helpful. Obviously, the owners...

“Great facility, service and food ”ok””

“Great service good location!”

“Todo de maravilla”

“Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank.”
