“Angela and Dave are great hosts! Only had a minor issue with internet (no biggie), but they were very prompt in resolving connectivity issues. Conveniently located for our needs, making the trips to Lake Norman, Mooresville and SC very nice. Everything you could need for a brief or long stay, is surely what this home offers. We will definitely be booking with Angela & David in the future!!”

“The listing was accurate. Quaint place to stay. Master bedroom is up a spiral staircase. Two bedrooms on main floor. Only one shower on main floor. Upstairs has a bath tub. It is on a busy corner but did not impact our stay at all. The host was great about answering questions and responding to our needs. Great size kitchen and living room. ”

“Mimzy’s Garden was a nice fit for us while in town for a nights stay. Every was neat and clean. This is an older home but everything was beautifully updated throughout. The decor was tastefully decorated. Our host did a super job adding nice touches to make our stay nice. She had snacks, waters, & coffee. This was so nice since we came in late. The beds slept very comfortably. I am would highly recommend! ”
