âThis hotel is amazing! It is in a great location with parking. They offered complimentary pastries from a local bakery for breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and had essentials like a steamer, q-tips, hair dryer, and robes. I also love how the hotel is decorated in the art deco style. âRoom was good size. Very convenient location in downtown. Good restaurants nearby. Only suggestion is that would be good if all room lights were not on one switch! â
âWe were only here for one night, but it was nice. At no fault of the hotel, I couldn't give the highest score on the area around the property. That is due to the fact they are still trying to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene a year ago, and it will take time for the city and area to completely recover again. âWe stayed for three nights on a getaway to the biltmore and the national park.
We wanted a reasonably priced hotel that didnât have the ick factor. You know, where you feel gross just staying there.
Thatâs becoming harder and harder to find, but this place did a great job. Our room was clean and serviced daily, and everything functioned as needed.
And the breakfast was pretty decent compared to many of the free breakfast areas.
Iâd definitely stay here again. â
