“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“Great service, friendly staff, convenient restaurant which made me a superb sandwich and serves Starbucks coffee. The room was very clean and quiet and I slept great in the bed. I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit.”

I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. “Breakfast at Rosie's was a.azing as well as the girl at the counter. We stayed two night at hotel ruby to see a show across the street at the knitting factory. There were 3 different people at the lobby check in that time and they were all awesome! Rooms are super clean as is the entire building and bar. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be coming back”

“The room was clean, though one light bulb in the bathroom was out, and a floor lamp was missing its knob so we could not use it. ADA parking (which we needed for our family member in a wheelchair) near the main entrance was unavailable most of the time because other cars without ADA parking permit were occupying the spaces. “The staff was very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me. The pool was nice but the hot tub was covered over with plywood. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable but the freezer was iced over and I couldn't fit anything in it. Plus, the hallway spelt like smoke and on one of the nights, it spelt like marijuana. ”
