âGreat location within easy walking distance of nearly all areas of interest or transportation. Grounds and rooms clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. The only issue was that of the washer/dryer. Not available in the rooms, and only 2 washers and dryers available on the whole property. There was nearly always a line to use them. Inconvenient. â

âLodge in a great location but very much over priced compared to other lodges we stayed at this week in Banff/Lake Louise. Itâs outdated and lacks more modern features, e.g. keyless entry (card). Additionally, the TV did not work, the password to the wifi was nowhere to be found, to mention a couple of issues. The beds were great and comfortable but the rest of the interior was outdated and needs an upgrade.â
âFirst of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but thatâs not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location. âThe rooms were quiet and comfortable and had excellent views of the mountain (either direction). We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!â

"Rummet var stort och passade oss med mycket bagage. LÀget var utmÀrkt. Vi hade en vÀldigt trÄkig utsikt. Cafeet pÄ hörnet var perfekt för frukost. Garaget var prisvÀrt och det fanns alltid gott om plats. Vi saknade att det inte fanns nÄgon bra information om hotellets faciliteter. Vi saknade att det inte var öppet i baren för en drink efter skidÄkningen. "
