“The property is a nice place to crash at when you are visiting Austin and need to be close to the convention center. The space was clean. The living room and kitchen are not very spacious but decent sized. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook a few meals. The 3 bedrooms are all well sized. The master bath is quite spacious. All rooms had clean sheets and some closet space. Master bedroom did not exactly have a closet but had a rack to keep your stuff on and a pole to hang clothes...

“When you first pull up to the house you are a bit concerned of its age and slightly precarious staircase. Once inside, the charm and beautfully appointed artwork puts you at ease. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with soft sheets. We enjoyed the location, you can walk to Zilker Park and if weather permits (not too hot/humid) you could even walk through the park to the downtown area. Lots of restaurants close by. Terry Blacks bbq was enjoyable. It would be nice to see a few things fixed, water...

“Our extended family had a truly wonderful time at this beautiful home overlooking Austin! The house perfectly accommodates large groups as each room has its own bathroom and the common areas are spacious and comfortable as well. The views throughout are spectacular with the pool and hot tub views being exceptional. We also enjoyed the pickleball court and game room. “Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Everything worked out very well for us, as expected. There were only five of us in this day so we were very comfortable with the bedroom accommodations. Caesar, was very attentive to our that came up as we stayed there but, responding to us very quickly each time. We were there to attend NASCAR races that weekend and the location only could have been better if we were next to the track. Haha.”
