“The property was clean and well kept. The outside was cleared enough to park and walk around the house but enough flora was kept to keep the birds around for easy viewing. The interior was clean and well laid out. The kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare dinner and all appliances worked. The screened porch was most enjoyable and the swing turned out to be our favorite spot. Good views, easy access to the beach and close proximity to the ferry are a big plus. There is a military live fire...

“We enjoyed our stay on the house and island. We liked the ease of getting in and out of the water at the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The screen doors tend to slam in a slight breeze unless they are latched. There were also a few cockroaches/bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. ”

“Thanks for having us. There is beginning to be a slight mildew smell in the home and the floor is really uneven / coming up in several different spots. This could be a tripping hazard for a disabled or elderly person.”
