It was more remote than what we are used to for a beach trip, but having a very private beach was a definite plus and the house was just a short, manageable walk away. "Well stocked kitchen. Lots of biting flies so bring your bug stuff. Screen porch was a lifesaver. Beach was cool. Go out for 1/8 mile or so and water doesn't go above your thigh. No waves at all. Great for families with small kids."
