“Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. “From start to finish it was a horrible experience! We had to change key cards three times, there was no hot water, no WiFi, no working tv. Our room was in poor condition and they really need to look after their installations better. They made several mistakes with our booking resulting in me getting charged three times! The check in took close to an hour. The staff was rude and not helpful at all and not a single time did we get an apology or any kind of compensation. A huge disappointment! ”

“This is a lovely hotel at the Pacific coast, a few hours drive from Guatemala City. Outstanding service from lovely staff. Nice albeit crowded pool areas. Do not consider if you need good Wi-Fi. It only works, and badly so, in common areas. That said, we would definitely stay here again. ”

El único detalle que el servicio de WiFi es muy muy débil y en las habitaciones que quedan en el 2do piso que se supone son mas amplias, y mas costosas NO siempre llega la señal, al reportarlo el comentario fue: "si a veces ahí no llega la señal baja al restaurante para usarlo" :( lo que me hace pensar que es frecuente ese problema, sugiero mejorar eso.”

“Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel.
