“From start to finish it was a horrible experience! We had to change key cards three times, there was no hot water, no WiFi, no working tv. Our room was in poor condition and they really need to look after their installations better. They made several mistakes with our booking resulting in me getting charged three times!
The check in took close to an hour. The staff was rude and not helpful at all and not a single time did we get an apology or any kind of compensation.
