“You can’t beat the location. We walked to all meals and Aquarium. The apartment was adequately furnished although some minor repairs were needed. There is construction going on in the building in particular right across the hall. Noise from that started about 8:30 in the morning so there was not much chance for sleeping in. There was a lot of activity on the street but the apartment was quiet at Night. We felt relatively safe walking around although there were hustlers trying to sell us things...

“Fantastic stay in this apartment, 15 minutes walk from the main station and a few minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants in Genoa. The harbour feels like a neighbourhood with a few shops and restaurants by still quiet at night. Unfortunately check in info wasn't provided until the morning of the stay, and there were just a couple of sachets of soap in the bathroom. But the kitchen had everything we needed, would definitely recommend and choose stay again.”

“I motivo per cui abbiamo scelto quest’appartamento sono il location che risultava molto comodo a noi visto che volevamo muoversi solo a piedi e perche risultava pet friendly. Scrivo risultava, perche è stato cambiato prima del nostro arrivo, e pareva che lo staff nn era proprio sulla stessa idea. Quindi nn è piu pet friendly. La casa è trascurata, manca l’attenzione del personale proprio, biancheria del letto buttata dentro gli armadi compreso piumoni invernali, cuscini di decorazione, lenzuole...

“Overall it was ok, the appartment was clean and had a nice garden. On the downside the appartment was too small to host 9 persons, five people had to sleep in the Livingroom and one of the sofabeds was too bad to sleep in. There was no coffeebrewer or likewise, no toaster and no wineglasses. Many of the outsiders lights on the premises were our of order so it got really dark. The pool had very limited opening hours. 10-19.”

“Hébergement conforme a la description. Très bien équipé, moderne, grand . Le lit est très confortable et grand et le canapé lit également grâce à un vrai matelas . La climatisation fonctionne très bien . L appartement est très bien insonorisé. Face au port , l hébergement est très bien localisé. “I highly recommend this apartment. Newly renovated in a very old building in the historic downtown. Close to everything. The apartment had everything needed, the beds were excellent and communication with the owner was excellent. We did not know what to expect upon arrival but we were surprised with the quality. Good value for money. ”
