Hotell nära Central Highlands of Sri Lanka

“Situated at a good scenic spot. But unfortunately it needs lot of attention in every aspect of hotel management.”

“Excellent service all the staff was so nice. My room was very nice and the view of the mountains from my terrace was beautiful. The food was also very good. ”

“Fabulous overnight stay, very welcoming with a delicious breakfast (especially the juice). The property has an a amazing view overlooking the city with a wonderfull top deck.”

“Wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay. Very clean and well maintained with absolutely stunning interior and great rooms. The restaurant was excellent with good variety of cuisine from all over the world. Recommend to stay here when in Kandy.”

“We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight. The food was great, service superb, so relaxing. Our room was immaculate with an incredible view. Thank you for an amazing welcome to Sri Lanka.”

“Bathroom is clean and has hot water, room has AC, only thing is wall are looks like molded ,”

“We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.”

“Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere.

“Staff was very helpful and attentive. They personally looked into our needs and requirements in every moment. Special thanks to Psindu and Rukshan, for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Property itself is situated in a most scenic mountain range of Hantana, where many excursions are possible for wandering visitors. I would definitely come back during my next holiday.”

“The staff were great, really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay even better than expected. The views were amazing and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. Other than that, we were very pleased overall and would stay here again. ”

“Thank you Deepika from the reception for all your help and thanks all other staff-members for the good service. This is a very nice place "away from it all" up in the mountains”
